This feature is included in BatteryBar Pro 3.4.4. Go to Preferences → Tools and check “Log battery status”. You can click the “Open log file folder” link to open the folder with BatteryStatus.log, which is a CSV formatted log file.

The time remaining is calculated as an average of past usage, but it’s also adjusted if your battery is draining slower or quicker than normal.
In the Pro version you can turn off the statistical time remaining and use a simple time remaining estimate.

That’s a decent idea. It will take some reworking on the code to get that to work, so it’ll have to be put off for a future version.

I really do like this idea. more like how Chris explained.
I think it is better to have a record stating the time between unplugging and plugging with the battery percentage.
