I suggest you ...

Identify battery by ID _and_ capacity

I have two batteries for my HP Mini 2133. About 2500mAh and 5000mAh. Both use the identification "100000Hewlett-PackardPrimary". Thus switching batteries will totally confuse BatteryBar.
Using both the ID AND capacity should work.

As stated in the status, this feature is already available in the Pro version. The problem here is that some manufacturers fail to provide a unique ID, often just using the same generic ID like "ASUS" for all batteries. The Alternate method uses the battery type + capacity to generate a pseudo-unique ID if you have batteries of different capacities. You can test this feature by activating your free trial then going to Preferences -> General and turning on the alternate ID option.

        same for me !
i'll buy the program if this option will be in
adding 2 profile viewable on the main screen will be cool
        example
        Batterie : 1 (Powerfull)
        or
        Batterie : 1 (95000 MWH)
        or
Batterie : 1 (My personal battry name)
        or
Batterie : 2 (My personal battry name)
        or
        or
Batterie : 3 (My personal battry name)

and leaving to the user the choose to choose the name of the actual battery on the option.

other wise the wear option is fantastic !

I'm having the same issue, I have two batteries for my Eee, the stock Asus 6600mAh and I've just got an 8800mAh but having just completed a full cycle on each of them I looked in profiles.xml to only find the one profile for ASUS901. I'd love to plug them both in but sadly Asus decided otherwise when they were designing it. How can I get them to be seen as different batteries?
